Paper copies of the Smooth Guide are now becoming quite scarce, as the original print run of 8000 copies in 2005 is down to a few hundred. Consequently we are no longer able to meet requests for block amounts but can only provide individual copies.
If you would like a single copy, then please contact us with your request in one of the following ways and we will will post a copy to the address you provide.
